Overview
Tecar Therapy Device BTL-6000 TR-Therapy is a professional radiofrequency (RF) system for non-invasive treatment of soft tissues, muscles, and joints. Targeted RF transfers high-frequency electromagnetic energy through body tissues to create selective tissue hyperthermia for rehabilitation and pain management in clinical settings.
Indications and therapeutic effects
- Local muscle spasm, trigger points, myalgia, tendinitis, neck pain
- Post-traumatic edema and support for lymphatic drainage
- Pain relief and muscle relaxation
- Improved joint mobility
- Muscle recovery after exercise
- Promotion of tissue regeneration and healing
Operating modes and tissue selectivity
- Capacitive mode for superficial structures (skin and superficial muscles)
- Resistive mode for deeper structures (deep muscles, tendons, bones)
- Continuous and pulsed operation modes
- Dynamic Impedance Control: measures tissue impedance throughout therapy and adjusts power to match tissue characteristics
Technical specifications
- Therapeutic frequency: 480–520 kHz
- Output power (model-dependent): approximately 150–320 W
- Available models: Elite and Pro
- Color touchscreen with quick protocol selection
- Preset therapeutic programs and patient database management
- Set of capacitive and resistive electrodes in multiple sizes, plus a neutral metal electrode
- Portable form factor; can be placed on a compatible trolley
Clinical use
Suitable for physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, and pain clinics, including post-injury rehabilitation. The device can be used as a standalone modality or combined with manual therapy techniques according to clinical protocols.
