Overview
Hot/Cold Gel Eye Mask with Cover (ASP7205) for use as either a cold or warm compress. Supplied with an adjustable head strap and a washable, reusable outer cover. Filled with gel that responds quickly to cooling and heating.
Cold use and indications
Place in a freezer for at least 2 hours, then insert into the cover/strap or wrap in a cloth before application.

- First aid to help limit minor bleeding, bruises, and allergic reactions such as insect stings.
- Preferred for new injuries.

Warm use and indications
Boil water in a pot, remove from heat, submerge the mask for 6–10 minutes, then place it in the cover/strap or wrap in a cloth before application. The mask may also be warmed in a microwave.

Size
Warnings
- Do not leave a very hot or very cold compress on the same body area for more than one minute.
- If the contents contact the skin or eyes, rinse with cold water and consult a physician.
- Do not place the mask directly on skin; always wrap it in a cotton cloth or keep it in the supplied support belt/cover before use.
- Do not use a hot compress directly on wounds or bruises immediately after injury.
